LEARN & DEVELOPMENT

Reskilling and upskilling the workforce is the need of the hour for corporates.

Interdev Business Intelligence formulated its L&D services for corporates based on 6 strategies

Attract the ambitious workforce with high learnability skills

Workers are now in charge of their personal and professional growth and development and it is one reason people list the “opportunities for learning and development” among the top criteria for joining an organization.

Induct and impart

Proper induction process to the standard operation process of an organization; its aim, defined KRAs, KPIs assessment metrics always give clarity on the activities and expectations mutually between employer and employee.

Develop people’s capabilities

New tools, and the evolving natures of work functions becoming an inevitable part of any job role and this can be addressed through processes from various MOOCs and by designing need-based learning and development programs.

Create a value-based culture

The workforce in many companies becomes increasingly virtual and globally dispersed, Interdev L&D can help in building a value-based culture and a sense of community which can impart a sense of ownership and helps to live for a common cause

Enhancing the brand image for the organization

Investments in L&D can help to enhance the company’s brand and boost its reputation as an “employer of choice”. The overall brand equity will be rated over the basis of the reliability employees keep within them.

Motivate and engage employees

When highly engaged employees are challenged and equipped with the skills to grow and develop within their chosen career path, they are more likely to be energized towards new opportunities at work and satisfied with the organization.

How Do We Engage

Group sessions

A team of participants comes together in group sessions with one moderator to participate in an hour-long debate. The tutor leads the session on a topic of his/her choice which represents an aspect of the day’s respective subject. Unusual theories are welcome, and a lively exchange of ideas!

Flying classroom

Following the idea of Erich Kästner’s “Flying Classroom”, this concept allows employees to visit top managers and influential personalities beyond the actual company personnel. Within one or two hours, a small group of employees gain an impression of our honorary mentor’s workplace and can engage in intensive discussions on current leadership topics.

Flipped Learning

Flipped Learning is the next trend in corporate training arena. Interdev BI is positioned to guide organizations how to use flipped teaching technology to improve the way their people think, work and learn. Trying to get employees to remember details about every product offering or troubleshooting procedures is an exercise in futility, instead, use technology to present information at the time of need.

Bringing flipped learning model into an organization shall add value-

  • Performance support
Flipped learning enables the content presentation systems that work as performance support.

  • Accelerate new hires induction
Flipped onboarding enables businesses achieving consistent and comprehensive training which is essential to helping new hires get up to speed in a role.

  • Self-paced learning
It makes training more efficient by allowing employees to review the basics as works best for their own schedule and needs and reducing the number of hours your team must be unavailable while in training.

  • Useful reference material
It creates a referenceable recording your team can turn to on-demand, meaning if a relevant issue comes up even well after the session, your people will always have somewhere to turn to make sure they’ve got the right answer.

  • Stay up-to-date
Executive-led town hall meetings greatly helps to keep an entire organization up to date and on the same page when it comes to understanding business performance and strategy.

  • Training of future leaders
Flipped leadership development enables businesses to groom the next generation of company executives, creates a perfect bridge between traditional training and personal coaching that helps make leadership development more accessible for future executives.
